I work with law firms and legal teams on the commerical and operational delivery of legal work.
That can mean scoping and pricing a matter before it starts, building a realistic budget and delivery plan, or coming into live work that needs stronger project mangement, clearer reporting or better control of scope and cost.
Legal strategy belongs with the lawyers. My focus is the commercial strategy around the matter: the objective, resources, opponent's position and whether the plan can deliver the outcome sought
